中国嫦娥四号探测器就位温度测量揭示月球背面月壤热物理性质
摘要:中国嫦娥四号是首个月球背面表面就位探测的航天器。其上搭载的温度探测器,第一次对月球背面的表层月壤进行了温度就位测量。利用这些珍贵的数据,中国地质大学(武汉)行星科学研究所、澳门科技大学月球与行星科学国家重点实验室和中国空间技术研究院的研究人员利用新研发的数值模型,对嫦娥四号着陆点的表面月壤进行了温度和热物理性质的详细分析,结果显示该地的月壤颗粒平均粒径约为15 μm,热导率中的热传导分量在月表约为1.53×10-3 W/(m·K),在月壤内1 m深处约为8.48×10-3 W/(m·K)。该研究结果首次利用就位探测数据揭示了月球背面月壤的热物理性质,为全月月表热物理性质的遥感分析提供了新的“地面真值”。 文章发表后,国际知名行星地球物理学家Norbert I.
